John E. Trojack began practicing in 1976 as an Associate with the John E. Daubney Law Firm, handling a variety of legal issues. In March 1983, he founded his own law firm in St. Paul, Minnesota.

John E. Trojack is admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota; the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. He graduated from The University of Minnesota in 1968 and from William Mitchell College of Law in 1979. He is a memberof the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and has been a member since 2000.

                 Joseph has worked with his father for three years in the area of wills, trusts, and estate planning.

Ø  Sean M. Schniederjan- Probate and Funding Coordinator

Sean M. Schniederjan has been managing probates and funding and settling living trusts for more than two years.  Sean will accompany you personally to your bank and investment house so that your trust assets will be funded right the first time. We are one of the few estate planning attorneys in the Twin Cities that offers this service.
